EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You may return an item for a refund or exchange if : ​


-  The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging . ​

-  The item is returned within 3 days from the date of delivery . ​

-  The reason for the return falls within the acceptable reasons (e.g., defective product, wrong item delivered) .​

Certain items cannot be returned, including : ​


-  Products that have been used or installed . ​

-  Items that have been customized or made to order . ​

-  Perishable items or services that have already been rendered .​

To initiate a return, please follow these steps : ​

-  Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you’d prefer an exchange or a refund . ​

-  Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the return authorization is included with the package . ​

-  Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team .

-  You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part .​


If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, colour, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange request and ship the new item to you .​


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable .​



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist with claims .​
